With a great pleasure we are informing that with our long-term partner SSAB EMEA AB, worldwide known producer of high strength steel, ICS signed the contract for revamp of the combustion system for fuel supply system for the furnace with 152 MW firing power rate.
We are very pleased to announce that ICS company signed the next agreement with Energetyka Sp. z o.o. for modernization of the waste gas combustion system installed in EC-3 department in Glogow, this time in steam boiler Kp-6.
We are pleased to announce that we have finished the project concerning CFD analysis of the 507 kW roof burner. The project was done for SSAB Tunnplat AB company (Borlange, Sweden).
We are informing that we have already finished works on the next project ordered by NFK (Nippon Furnace Co., Ltd.). The project concerned execution of the 3D model as well as CFD numerical analysis of the laboratory furnace.
We are glad to inform that ICS received from our partner SSAB Tunnplat AB company (Borlange, Sweden) an order for execution of the first step of the CFD analysis of the roof burner. The aim of the analysis is to find out the optimal nozzle geometry and location assuring the lowest NOx emissions as well as the most possible uniform temperature distribution.
We are glad to inform that ICS company received the order from our partner NFK company (Nippon Furnace Co., Ltd.) for execution of the 3D model as well as CFD numerical analysis of the laboratory furnace.

With a great pleasure we are informing that ICS company on 15.03.2013 has delivered the final report of the second (last) step of the project that was connected with design of the organization of the combustion process of the steam boiler with the firing power rate 260 MW (powder-gas burners for agro type biomass, volumetric combustion system, ChlorOut® system, secondary air system, CFD analysis). By this, ICS company finished with a success next project.
We are pleased to announce that ICS company signed the agreement with Energetyka Sp. z o.o. for modernization of the waste gas combustion system in order to decrease the volume of the supplied natural gas as well as to automatize the combustion air control system of the boiler Kp-7 in EC-3 department in Glogow.
We are pleased to announce that the ICS company has signed with the NCBiR (National Center for Research and Development) agreement for the project entitled. "Technology and market implementation of syngases and waste gases combustion based on modified volumetric combustion technology called HiTAC". This project will be implemented under the second edition of INNOTECH Program, in the period from 01.11.2012 to 31.10.2014. The budget of the grant is 1 522 000,00 PLN and the amount of the subsidy is 1 141 500,00 PLN.
We have a pleasure to inform that ICS company beside the currently possessing software for creation of the 2D and 3D software (SolidWorks 3D®), thermal-flow calculations (SolidWorks Flow Simulation®), non-linear strain and stresses analysis, stationery and non-stationary heat exchange and so on (SolidWorks Simulation Premium®), piping stresses and piping displacement checking calculations (Bentley AutoPipe®) became an owner of the one of the most advanced software available on the market for modelling various types of physical processes Ansys Fluent®.
We are glad to inform that ICS company received from our partner Remak-Rozruch S.A. the order for organization of the combustion process design that includes: 3D model of the boiler, one dimensional thermal and mass balance, selection of the powder-gas burners, complete CFD analysis of the combustion process in the combustion chamber as well as technology of the reduction of the NOx emission and corrosion compounds.
During the II INNOTECH program in the path of Hi-Tech formally 82 applications have been correctly placed, but only 23 of them received positive grade, including one placed by ICS.
We are glad to inform that ICS company received from our partner Przedsiebiorstwo Techniki Cieplnej „PIECOSERWIS” from Gliwice the order for delivery of 6 ICS CFM (ICS Cone Flow Meter) flowmeters.
