HRS-RT Burners

HRS-RT Burners (HRS Radiant Tube Burners) are ultra low NOx burners designed for indirect firing applications where flue gas can not get in contact with heating charge such as radiant tube, in processes where controlled atmosphere is required. HRS-RT burners extend tube lifetime, increase total heat transfer and reduce fuel consumption.

The HRS-RT burners are manufactured for firing output ranging from 23 kW up to 140 kW.

Series of types of the HRS-RT burners

Controlled atmosphere heating systems create specific working conditions and therefore radiant tube applications demand specific burner characteristics. So far, industrial experience has shown better energy efficiency of gas fired radiant tube burners in comparison with electrical heating systems. HRS-RT brings HiTAC technology in form of a compact regenerative burner.

HRS-RT Burner System for indirect firing heating systems

Basic working unit consists of 2 HRS-RT burners and a W-shape radiant tube. Burners swap firing/exhaust roles based on custom switching pattern. Through short burner switching time tube surface temperature attains a fairly constant, flat temperature distribution throughout its length and thermal stress is alleviated.
