Notice of Company Conversion
We hereby inform you that on December 31, 2018, ICS INDUSTRIAL COMBUSTION SYSTEMS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Poznań, was converted into ICS INDUSTRIAL COMBUSTION SYSTEMS Spółka Akcyjna. On this date, the conversion of the company was entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
We would like to emphasize that the change of legal form in no way affects the continuity of the business operations previously conducted by ICS INDUSTRIAL COMBUSTION SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o.
