Notice of Company Name Change
We hereby inform you that on January 11th, 2023, the name of the company was changed from ICS INDUSTRIAL COMBUSTION SYSTEMS Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Poznań, to ICS Industrial Complete Solutions Spółka Akcyjna, also with its registered office in Poznań. On the same date, the change was entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
This name change reflects the company’s plans for further development and its focus on offering comprehensive technical solutions for businesses undergoing energy transformation.
Please note that only the company name has changed. All other company details — including the registered address, tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON), KRS number, and bank account numbers — remain unchanged.
