A dynamically growing engineering company offering innovative and comprehensive solutions for industry, supporting energy transition and improving the operational efficiency of enterprises, is currently seeking candidates for the following positions due to an increase in the number of projects being implemented:

Project Leader

Place of work:

  • Poznań

The responsibilities of the person employed will include, among others:

  • Independent and comprehensive project management from the offer and design stage to commissioning, including:
    • schedule control,
    • budget management,
    • project scope management,
    • quality control.
  • Project team management (the team is selected individually for each project depending on the scope and type of design work required).
  • Conducting negotiations and meetings during the project, as well as maintaining contact and correspondence with the client.
  • Analysis and evaluation of technical documentation.
  • Preparation and supervision of design documentation at each stage of the project.
  • Work in accordance with EN 746-2, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and ATEX directives.
  • Preparation of quotations and offers for delivered installations.
  • Preparation of contracts for design and construction works using available templates.
  • Preparation of orders for technical equipment.
  • Supervision of construction and installation works.
  • Supervision of commissioning (post-assembly inspection), equipment start-up, cold commissioning, and hot commissioning.
  • Management of client acceptance procedures for individual implementation stages and handover of installations for operation.

Candidate requirements:

  • Higher technical education related to industrial automation, construction, thermal engineering, energy, fuels and power, installations, project management, or other related fields.
  • Knowledge of industrial project development stages (technological, assembly, and construction), including the types of documentation required at each stage.
  • Knowledge of formal stages of the construction process (e.g. zoning conditions, environmental decisions, building permits, etc.).
  • Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and physical processes occurring in combustion, heat exchange, and flow systems.
  • Knowledge of energy conversion processes.
  • Familiarity with steam, water, gas, air, and flue gas systems/installations.
  • Postgraduate studies in project management are an asset.
  • Experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing industrial installation projects.
  • Experience in cooperation with subcontractors.
  • Communicative knowledge of English.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (mainly Excel and MS Project).
  • Willingness to travel and category B driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: analytical and planning abilities, negotiation skills, teamwork, leadership and motivation skills, systematic approach, goal orientation, creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, reliability, stress resistance, timeliness, multitasking, and independence.

Mechanical Designer

Place of work:

  • Poznań

The responsibilities of the person employed will include, among others:

  • Independent supervision and proper preparation of technical documentation within the project.
  • Preparation and supervision of design documentation at all project stages.
  • Design of industrial installations, particularly piping systems, water and steam boilers, heat exchangers, and steel and civil structures.
  • Execution of technical and strength calculations.
  • Preparation of orders for equipment, services, and installation components.
  • Management of an assigned project group, task delegation, and project correspondence.
  • Conducting technical meetings and negotiations during project execution.
  • Work in accordance with EN 746-2, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), ATEX directives, and other relevant industry standards (piping, boiler, and other standards).
  • Preparation of quotations and offers for delivered installations.
  • Technical supervision of construction and installation processes.

    Candidate requirements:

  • Higher technical education in mechanical engineering, machine design, or design of industrial installations and steel/civil structures.
  • Knowledge of the principles of designing industrial installations, particularly piping systems, water and steam boilers, heat exchangers, steel structures, and civil works.
  • Knowledge of technical drawing principles.
  • Knowledge of the structure and contents of descriptive documents forming an integral part of technical projects (operation manuals, mechanical design descriptions, technical documentation, construction guidelines, UDT documentation, etc.).
  • Familiarity with standards applicable to mechanical design projects (piping and boiler standards, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and physical processes such as combustion, heat exchange, and fluid flow (advantageous).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanical designer or in a related position in the field of industrial installations, structures, or facilities.
  • Communicative command of English.
  • Proficient computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Proficient use of 3D design software (SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of engineering calculation software (VVD, AutoPipe, PV Elite).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Willingness to travel and category B driving license.

Technology Designer

Place of work:

  • Poznań

The responsibilities of the person employed will include, among others:

  • Independent supervision and accurate preparation of process documentation within the project.
  • Preparation and supervision of design documentation at various project stages.
  • Development of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and selection of pipeline diameters and installation design dimensions.
  • Execution of process calculations (flow, thermodynamic, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, chemical, physical, energy balance, heat exchanger sizing, system efficiency, measurement orifice and impulse line design, media balances, pressure losses, fan and pump head, system power, etc.).
  • Preparation of equipment specifications and orders for devices, services, and installation components.
  • Management of an assigned part of the project team, task delegation, and independent conducting of process-related meetings during the project.
  • Conducting negotiations and technical meetings during the project as well as maintaining contact and correspondence with the client.
  • Preparation and supervision of project documentation throughout all stages of the project.
  • Work in accordance with EN 746-2, the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and ATEX directives.
  • Preparation of quotations and offers for supplied installations.
  • Preparation of cost estimates and contracts for design and construction works using available templates.
  • Technological supervision of the construction, assembly, and commissioning process of installations.

    Candidate requirements:

  • Higher technical education related to thermal engineering, energy, fuels and power, chemical and process engineering, physics, thermodynamics, or other related fields.
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and physical processes occurring in installations involving combustion, heat exchange, and fluid flow.
  • Understanding of energy conversion processes.
  • Knowledge of steam, water, gas, air, and flue gas systems/installations.
  • Knowledge of technical drawing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process design and calculations in the energy or related industrial installation fields.
  • Experience in preparing process flow diagrams.
  • Communicative command of English.
  • Proficiency in computer and office software use (MS Office, particularly Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Willingness to travel and category B driving license.
  • Interpersonal skills: analytical thinking, systematic approach, teamwork skills, goal orientation, creativity, attention to detail, timeliness, communication, multitasking, flexibility, stress resistance, and independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
