ICS Industrial Complete Solutions S.A. is a Polish engineering company headquartered in Poznań, operating continuously since 2007. ICS specializes in the turnkey delivery and optimization of combustion systems for low-calorific and waste fuels—particularly gases—as well as in the supply of small-scale multi-energy boiler and industrial cogeneration plants (from several to a dozen megawatts of thermal capacity), Zero Emission Process Steam Generator (ZGPT) systems. In addition, the Company engages in the optimization of combustion processes with respect to emissions of toxic compounds, including nitrogen oxides.
Our objective is to deliver proven, innovative, and reliable industrial solutions that help optimize operational energy costs, decarbonize processes, and diversify energy sources, with a special emphasis on waste and renewable fuels.
Our product portfolio includes:
- Multienergy boiler plants – boiler rooms based on steam boilers capable of producing saturated (wet) steam, which can be fired on various fuels (biomass, bio-oil, and biogas) or electricity.
- ZGPT (Zero Emission Process Steam Generator) – a system enabling recovery of waste heat from technological processes for the generation of process steam and the closure of the plant’s water and energy loops.
- Waste-gas combustion and utilization systems – volumetric combustion systems using jet burners or swirl burners.
- Emission-reduction technologies, particularly for NOX and CO, employing the innovative NewEcotube (NET) technology.
- Advanced combustion systems based on regenerative and high-temperature HRS and HTB series burners, environmentally friendly and enhancing the quality of final products.
- Engineering and design services.
ICS’s products and services are primarily supplied to companies in the metallurgical, steelmaking, and broader energy sectors, as well as to the agri-food industry in the field of energy processing and generation from renewable fuels. Our systems and equipment are implemented in Poland and in Western European markets.
