Board
The Management Board of ICS Industrial Complete Solutions S.A. consists of a single member. Since the Company’s inception, the President of the Management Board has been Dariusz Szewczyk, Ph.D. Eng. who is also the principal shareholder of ICS.
Dariusz Szewczyk, Ph.D. Eng. is the Main Technologist, co-owner, and President of the Management Board of ICS Industrial Complete Solutions S.A., bridging the worlds of science, technology, and industry. In 2002, he earned his PhD at Poznań University of Technology and, in 2002–2003, completed a research internship at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. In 2020, he was awarded the habilitation degree.
From the start of his doctoral studies to the present, both in academia and in industry, Mr. Szewczyk has focused on industrial combustion processes—particularly of waste gases—with the goals of reducing energy consumption and minimizing emissions of toxic compounds. He has founded and led technology companies, including ICS since 2007, which delivers energy-efficient, low-emission industrial combustion systems and optimizes their performance. In recent years, his work has concentrated on developing technologies and solutions that enable the decarbonization and electrification of diverse industrial sectors.
In addition to leading ICS, Mr. Szewczyk delivers guest lectures at institutions of higher education, including Poznań University of Technology and AGH University of Science and Technology. He is also a co-inventor on several Polish and European patents and a co-author of numerous scientific and technical publications, a list of which is available upon request.
