Last year, ICS S.A. completed a project for Huta Cynku “Miasteczko Śląskie” S.A. titled “Technical and Economic Study on Mixing Natural Gas with Post-Reduction Gas, Distribution of the Mixed Gas within the HCM Natural Gas System, and Its Efficient Combustion in Process Heating Equipment.” This year, ICS signed another contract for the construction of a test installation.

Commissioning of the burner under Project ICS282
We are pleased to announce that we have completed another project in a new area: the supply of a gas-oil burner adapted to burn mine gas with variable composition (methane content from 40 % to 60 %) for a 14.25 MW hot-water boiler located at PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A., Jastrzębie-Zdrój Plant, as well as the equipment and valves for the fuel and combustion-air supply installations. The burner was handed over for operation on June 5, 2025.

Completion of the Conceptual Design Project
We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the conceptual design project for a multi-energy steam boiler plant for Kosmepol Sp. z o.o. The project was handed over to the Investor on May 15, 2025. The Company is currently awaiting a decision regarding the implementation of the next phase of the investment.

We are pleased to inform you that on March 19–20, 2025, ICS participated in the “Energy and Utilities Savings Programs” conference organized by GBI Partners.
The conference agenda included topics such as: sustainable development goals, energy utilities metering systems, energy procurement strategies, monitoring of energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, and best practices for improving energy efficiency.

Signing of the contract for the execution of a test installation under Project ICS245
We are pleased to inform you that on April 2, 2025, ICS S.A. signed a contract with Huta Cynku “Miasteczko Śląskie” S.A. for the construction of a test installation of a co-combustion system for post-reduction gas and natural gas for the RPb4 rectification column.

Completion of the trial operation of the mine gas and thermal oil combustion system under Project ICS279
On March 30, 2025, the trial operation of the variable-composition mine gas combustion system (methane content from 30 % to 60 %) and thermal oil for the 15 MW hot-water boiler located at PGNiG TERMIKA Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A., Jastrzębie-Zdrój Plant, as well as of the equipment and valves for the fuel and combustion-air supply installations, was successfully completed. The burner was handed over for operation on March 30, 2025.
