ICS Industrial Complete Solutions S.A. is an expert in industrial combustion systems and waste gas utilization. Our specialty lies in industrial combustion systems, including, among others, low-emission high-temperature burners (HTB), swirl burners, gas burners, and regenerative burners (HRS), which combine the highest energy efficiency with emission reduction.

For over a decade, we have been implementing technologies that support heavy industry across Europe, delivering innovative combustion systems that meet the most stringent environmental standards.

ICS offers a wide range of solutions tailored to various types of fuels and process conditions:

  • HiTAC (High Temperature Air Combustion) technology – the combustion air is preheated to a very high temperature before it enters the burner. This makes the process more stable, efficient, and environmentally friendly.
  • HRS regenerative burners – these burners recover heat from exhaust gases and reuse it. As a result, the facility consumes less energy, and the system operates more cost-effectively and sustainably.
  • High-temperature burners (HTB) enabling the combustion of low-calorific-value fuels without catalysts or auxiliary fuels.
  • Industrial gas burners – a universal solution for many industries, from metallurgy to ceramics and food production. They ensure low-emission combustion, high reliability, and precise process control, which translates into stable operation and easy adaptation to various production requirements.

  • KGHM Polska Miedź – Głogów Copper Smelter: throat gas utilization (1,5–2,4 MJ/Nm³), 100% reduction in coal usage, minimized natural gas consumption, increased steam production efficiency from 64% to 82%.
  • Zinc Smelter in Miasteczko Śląskie: project for the utilization of reduction gas (0,76–3,6 MJ/Nm³), elimination of flare burning, energy recovery for plant needs.
  • PGNiG Termika – Jastrzębie Zdrój: utilization of mine gas (10,8–25,2 MJ/Nm³), production of domestic hot water.
  • Belvedere Vodka – Moët Hennessy LVMH group: combustion of distillery syrup (5,9 MJ/kg), improved plant efficiency and support for a circular economy.
