Multienergy Boiler Plant
A multienergy boiler plant is a comprehensive solution that enables the generation of process steam or hot/warm water using environmentally friendly energy sources such as biomass, bio-oil, biogas/biomethane, or “green” electricity. This makes the solution fully ecological and zero-emission.
This system adapts to the dynamically changing needs of the facility, taking into account the current availability of fuels and the ongoing prices of applicable energy carriers.
The system is based on a flame-tube/smoke-tube boiler, either steam or hot water, depending on the requirements. It also includes fuel storage and preparation systems, as well as a water treatment unit. Additionally, the system is equipped with a flue gas cleaning unit, ensuring compliance with all current environmental standards.
The innovativeness of the Multienergy Boiler Plant lies, on one hand, in the use of a multi-fuel burner for dust, oil, and gas, combined with electric heaters, which allows the boiler to operate within a range from 0 to 20% and from 100 to 120% of nominal capacity (extending the operating range). On the other hand, thanks to implemented control algorithms and online access to information about the availability and current prices of energy carriers (fuels), the system flexibly and dynamically optimizes fuel usage. The primary goal is to minimize the cost of thermal energy production (steam/water).
A major advantage of the Multienergy Boiler Plant system compared to traditional solutions is that, thanks to the diversification of energy sources, the facility/user gains greater independence from fluctuations in fuel prices and availability.
Thanks to full system automation, including automatic switching of the energy source, the Multienergy Boiler Plant does not require continuous—24-hour—operator supervision, which also contributes to reduced operating costs.

- the ability to burn renewable fuels, which contributes to CO2 emission neutrality;
- diversification of energy sources and redundancy of technical solutions ensure continuous system operation;
- full automation of the process of producing steam or hot/warm water (depending on the setup);
